Every week we feature a different premium cut of steak with gourmet sides:
300g Victorian grass fed rump with fondant potato, mushroom and brandy sauce
300g Victorian hanger with caramelised shallots, shoestring fries and pepper sauce
300g Queensland bavette with Lyonnaise potatoes, horseradish cream
300g Queensland petit tender with potato Gruyere and truffle gratin, red wine sauce
300g Victorian grass fed sirloin with shoestring fries cress and Paris butter
300g Queensland grain fed scotch with honeyed parsnips and oxtail marmalade

Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!

Chocolate Marquise with Raspberries & Cream
Slow roasted Angus rump, heirloom carrots, bone marrow, Yorkshire puddings and red wine
Treacle tart, spooning cream
Roast pork belly, Cumberland stuffing, apple and tarragon slaw, duck fat roasted potatoes with confit garlic and thyme
Bitter chocolate terrine, poached pear
21/22 APRIL (Easter Sunday + Monday)
Slow roasted lamb leg, caramelised pumpkins, cavalo nero and confit garlic
Apricot and orange bread and butter pudding, whiskey custard
Roasted Hereford sirloin, Yorkshire puddings, parsnips, celeriac and oxtail marmalade
Baked cheesecake, blueberry compote
Roasted organic chicken, charred sprouts and bacon, sage and chestnut stuffing, bread sauce
Classic choux profiteroles, vanilla creme, salted caramel and pistachio praline
12 MAY (Mother’s day)
Slow roasted saltbush lamb shoulder, potato boulangere, swiss chard and flageolet beans
Vanilla pavlova, berry compote, vanilla creme
