Every week we feature a different premium cut of steak with gourmet sides:
300g grain fed rump cap with roasted bone marrow and salsa verde
300g 300g Victorian grass fed rump with cauliflower mac n cheese and truffle butter
300g Victorian hanger with caramelised shallots, shoestring fries and pepper sauce
300g Queensland bavette with Lyonnaise potatoes and bearnaise butter
300g Queensland grain fed petit tender with heirloom carrots and Bordelaise sauce
300g Victorian grass fed rump cap with cheddar and onion gratin, and sauce Diane
300g Queensland grain fed scotch with roasted kipflers, greens and red wine sauce

Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!

Roast Angus rump with bone marrow, Yorkshire puddings, heritage carrots and red wine
Vanilla pavlova, berry compote, vanilla creme
10 & 11 MARCH (Sunday & Labour Day Monday)
Pot roasted lamb leg, Welsh rarebit potato and leek gratin and braised beets
Apricot and orange bread and butter pudding with whiskey custard
Roasted grass fed sirloin with Yorkshire puddings, and Gruyere and truffle potato gratin
Sticky date pudding with vanilla ice cream
Roast porchetta with black pudding stuffing, braised cavolo nero and spiced apples
Bombe Alaska with mandarin sorbet
Roast organic chicken wth red wine, bacon, wild mushrooms and chicken parfait toasts
Bitter chocolate mousse with spiced quince and praline
Available for lunch and dinner until it runs out.
