300gm Victorian hanger with pepper sauce and shoestring fries
300gm Tasmanian grass fed sirloin with heirloom carrots, kipflers and red wine butter
300gm Queensland grain fed scotch with panzanella salad and garlic butter

Slow roasted lamb leg with spring fattoush salad of young cos hearts, artichokes and fennel

Roast pork rack with cabbage and fennel slaw, honeyed carrots and spiced apple relish
Classic pavlova with strawberries and passionfruit
Grassfed sirloin with Provençal stuffed tomatoes, rocket and pecorino
Bitter chocolate marquis with new season raspberries
Roast pork belly with chorizo stuffing, greens and confit Adelaide tomatoes
