Every week we feature a different premium cut of steak with gourmet sides:
300g Grain fed scotch with rocket and Parmesan salad and shoestring fries
300g Grain fed fed rump cap with smoked bacon and kipfler potato salad
300g Queensland petit tender with red wine butter and shoestring fries
300g Queensland bavetter with Paris butter and shoestring fries
300g Victorian rump with bearnaise butter and roast tomatoes
300g grain fed hanger with pepper sauce and caramelised shallots
300g grain fed scotch with hot mustard remoulade and watercress
300g grain fed rump cap with roasted bone marrow and salsa verde

Slow roasted grass fed sirloin with Provençal stuffed tomatoes, rocket and pecorino
Bitter chocolate mousse with raspberries and pistachio praline
