Every week we feature a different premium cut of steak with gourmet sides:
300gm Queensland grain fed petit tender with roasted bone marrow, heirloom carrots and
red wine sauce
200gm Queensland grain fed peppered eye fillet with roasted kipflers, greens and
300gm Victorian grass fed rump with cauliflower mac n cheese and oxtail marmalade
300gm Tasmanian grass fed hanger with caramelised shallots, shoestring fries and
300gm Queensland grain fed scotch with mushroom and Gruyere potato gratin, truffle
Every Wednesday night from 6pm.
SUNDAY ROAST - $25 ($30 + Dessert)
Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!
Here is our winter menu:
Slow roasted lamb shoulder, Welsh rarebit, potato and leek gratin, and braised beetroot
Vanilla and orange bread & butter pudding with whiskey custard
Black pudding stuffed pork belly, spice roasted apples, honeyed carrots and kipflers
Classic lemon tart with creme fraiche
Slow cooked saltbush lamb leg, potato Boulangere, Swiss chard and flageolet beans
Bitter chocolate mousse with poached quince and pistachio praline
Peppered sirloin with caramelised onion purée, truffled mac n cheese, and pepper sauce
Chocolate marquis with poached pears
Available for lunch and dinner until it runs out.
