Every week we feature a different premium cut of steak with gourmet sides:
300gm Queensland grain fed scotch fillet with cheddar and onion gratin, and red wine sauce
300gm Queensland Wagyu rump cap, shoestring fries and wine merchant butter
300gm Queensland petit tender, caramelised shallots, shoestring fries and pepper sauce
200gm Queensland eye fillet, Lyonnaise potatoes and Roquefort butter
300gm Victorian hanger with heirloom carrots and Bordelaise sauce
300gm Victorian grass fed porterhouse with cheddar and onion gratin, and sauce Diane
300gm Queensland grain fed scotch with panzanella salad and garlic butter

Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!

Whole roasted organic chicken with smoked bacon, spring greens and pommes purée
Apple, pear and walnut crumble with vanilla custard
Slow roasted Angus rump with heirloom carrots, bone marrow and Yorkshire puddings
Eton mess trifle with strawberries and meringue
Stuffed lamb saddle with caramelised pumpkin, spinach and confit garlic
Bitter chocolate mousse with poached quince and pistachio praline
Roast porchetta with fennel and chilli stuffing, cabbage, honeyed carrots, and apple and mustard slaw
Slow roasted sirloin with parsnips, celeriac, Yorkshire puddings and red wine jus
Baked cheesecake with berry compote
Slow roasted lamb leg with leek and cheddar gratin, braised beets and broad beans
Pavlova with vanilla creme, strawberries and passionfruit
