23 JANUARY
300g Queensland petit tender with red wine butter and shoestring fries

29 JANUARY
300g Queensland bavetter with Paris butter and shoestring fries

6 FEBRUARY
300g Victorian rump with bearnaise butter and roast tomatoes

13 FEBRUARY
300g grain fed hanger with pepper sauce and caramelised shallots

20 FEBRUARY
300g grain fed scotch with hot mustard remoulade and watercress

27 FEBRUARY
300g grain fed rump cap with roasted bone marrow and salsa verde

Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!

B.B.Q lamb leg with fattoush salad, baby cos and yoghurt dressing

13 JANUARY
Roast organic chicken with charred cos salad, guanciale, walnuts and sherry vinegar
Arthur’s cheesecake with toffee sauce

20 JANUARY
Slow roasted pork rack with watercress, fondant potatoes and apple sauce
Lemon posset with strawberries and shortbread

27 JANUARY
B.B.Q lamb leg with roasted pumpkin, confit garlic and mustard leaf
Pavlova with vanilla creme, passionfruit and strawberries

3 FEBRUARY
B.B.Q Angus rump with heirloom tomatoes, mustard fruits and salted ricotta
Salted caramel profiteroles with vanilla creme and pistachio praline

10 FEBRUARY
Roast port belly with chorizo stuffing, greens and confit Adelaide tomatoes
Classic tiramisu

17 FEBRUARY
Slow roasted grass fed sirloin with Provençal stuffed tomatoes, rocket and pecorino
Bitter chocolate mousse with raspberries and pistachio praline
