300gm Victorian hanger, pepper sauce, caramelised shallots, shoestring fries

300gm Queensland petit tender, onion jam, honeyed parsnips & sprouts

14 August

300gm Queensland grain fed bavette, Paris butter, cress and French fries

SUNDAY ROAST - $25 ($30 + Dessert)

Every Sunday our roast and dessert special changes but one thing remains the same. It's totally delicious!

23 JUNE
Slow roasted porchetta, fennel and chilli stuffing, bacon braised cabbage and celeriac purée
Vanilla pavlova, berry compote, vanilla creme

30th June

Roasted organic chicken, charred sprouts and bacon, sage and chestnut stuffing, bread sauce

Chocolate financier, hazelnut cream, fresh raspberries

7th July

Pinenut and currant stuffed lamb saddle, roasted pumpkins, cavolo nero and confit garlic

Orange and ginger poached quince, creme fraiche ice cream

14th July

Slow roasted Angus rump cap, Yorkshire puddings, heritage carrots, bone marrow and red wine

Bitter chocolate terrine, poached pear

21st July

Spiced slow roasted pork shoulder, bacon braised cabbage, truffled polenta

Classic tiramisu

28th July

Roast Hereford sirloin, potato and hazelnut gratin, Yorkshire pudding, red wine

Classic choux profiteroles, vanilla creme, salted caramel and pistachio praline

4th August

Black pudding stuffed pork belly, spiced apple marmalade, honeyed carrots & kiphlers

Vanilla pavlova, berry compote, vanilla creme

Available for lunch and dinner until it runs out.
